Avi and Julia got into this work the way many families do—by experiencing the problem in their own home. Hard water was taking a toll on their appliances, and they wanted a healthier home for their kids. After installing a filtration system in their own house and seeing the difference firsthand, they realized how many neighbors were facing the same issue with no clear place to turn.
